Ordering at Bauer's Hardware Collections
Screws are supplied with all handles & knobs to suit 16mm material. If you have a different thickness please make mention of this when ordering and we will send the right size screws.
How to Place an order
Bauer’s Online Store will also accept orders by phone and email. If there is a product you like but do not wish to order online through our store feel free to call the Bauer’s Hardware Collections team during our office hours. Our staff will be more that happy to take your order over the phone.Â
If you would like to place an order by email please remember to add your contact details and the products you wish to purchase and our staff will call you directly to finalise the payment.

Delivery Information
- Bauer’s Hardware Collections will deliver within 1-4 working days from the date of order placed.
- Some areas may take longer depending on geographical location.
- If an item is out of stock you will be informed as soon as possible.
- Delivery will be via courier or Australia Post
- A delivery fee of $15.00 will be charged on all orders placed.
- Backorders will not incur a delivery fee.
- Goods may be returned for credit within 7 days subject to being in original condition and packaging, accompanied with the original invoice.
- Re-stocking fee of 15% applies to change of mind and special orders.
- Delivery of returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
